Q1. What's your MOQ? Other color are available?
In view of our first cooperation, we accept 300 pairs per model as MOQ. You can
choose other colors according to the the color swatch.

Q2. Can you print our LOGO on the shoes or box?
Of course, it's no problem to print your Logo on shoes or boxes. OEM&ODM are both
welcome.

Q3. Can you offer me discount?
Yes, we provide big discount to our customers when they come with a bulk order.

Q4. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refund when I place the bulk order?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost. As you know, thousands of our clients ask for samples each month, it's a
heavy burden for us. But you can get sample fee refund when we get your bulk order over 300 prs. Our regular customers do not need
to pay sample cost. Samples will be dispatched within 7-15 days .

Q5. How about the bulk delivery time?
Generally, we will commence the bulk production when we receive the deposit from
customers.The delivery time would be about 30 days after order confirmed.

Q6.Do you have products in stock?
Most of our products are produced according to customer's requests, regular time within 30-40
days.
